glowy. You can hear the same tips and Tricks again and again, and yet the skin does not want to play. Also, I know this: I eat healthier than a lot of other people but my skin is going crazy too often. Even if these 3 tips and Tricks for clear skin ought to be clear to everyone, I want to remind you again today and hopefully motivate you to pay more attention to your skin.

1. Drink plenty of water

This tip should be obvious to everyone. Water is the basic building block for healthy skin cells; the body consists of approximately 60-70% water! Take a bottle everywhere you go and be sure to drink regularly. The demand for water varies from person to person, but you should drink at least 30ml per kilogram of body weight per day. Of course, the water requirements also increase when you sweat in the heat or during exercise. So, drink a lot, because skin will get elastic from the inside, which will prevent aging!

2. Take vitamins

Keep your hands away from junk food, sugar and too much salt! All the creams and products don’t help anything, if the dies is not right.

I’m generally not a Fan of meat, and can easily give up pork.

No/little industrial sugar

This does not mean that you have to avoid fruit. The sugar in fruit is mostly okay. What can be dispensed of industrial sugar – is a must, so: Bye Bye cake, Nutella & Co!

The dairy products contained hormones are often to blame for bad skin. What can you use instead? I love the oat milk of Yes! Of course!

Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes!

Just don’t do it!

3. Adequate sleep

Enough beauty sleep is essential for radiant and healthy skin! Who wants the pale skin, eye rings, and a restless and stressed-out mood? All of these things can be prevented with 7-8 hours of sleep. In these hours the body and mind relax, while the skin regenerates.
